The location is fantastic, just a short stroll away from the main attractions. The hotel itself is charming with colonial-style architecture and lovely gardens. The staff greeted me warmly and were always available to help. I appreciated the clean rooms and the secure entrance. However, I really wished there were fans in the room because it got quite warm at night. Also, I noticed ants on my bed, which was a bit off-putting. It didn’t ruin my stay, but it’s something to be aware of. Breakfast options were limited, and having a café nearby was convenient but having on-site options would improve the experience.

The croissants at El Sapo y La Rana were pure magic, crispy with a buttery goodness that made breakfast worthwhile! The hotel’s location was spot on, just a stone's throw from vibrant bars and eateries like Fernando's Kaffee and the lively Americana flair at Restaurante Cubano La Guajirita.

While there’s no on-site restaurant, which can be a bummer for breakfast, the charming café around the corner makes up for it. Just a heads-up—some pesky ants made an appearance in our room, but it didn’t ruin the vibe.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The staff was unfriendly and seemed disinterested in providing any help or information. Additionally, there were issues with the hot water in the shower, taking an unbearable long time to warm up. The lack of dining options forced us to look elsewhere for breakfast, which was inconvenient for our schedule.

It was just a reliable pick for a relaxing holiday in Antigua with great value for money. The male receptionist was very friendly and courteous, which helped make our stay more enjoyable. Be prepared to request towels if needed.
